General Policies (also apply to Charters and Themes ):
- Due to current insurance regulations, pets are not allowed on board.
- Ship has a full on-premise liquor license and state law prohibits the carry on of any alcoholic beverages.
- State law prohibits smoking, both on the dock and aboard the boat.
- All ticket sales are final, therefore, no refunds. Please don't ask. We don't like saying no.
- Gift certificates are intended to be used for purchases that are equal to or greater than the item(s) being purchased. They have no cash value, nor will change be given or credit given for any unused amount.
- We accept all major credit cards at the ticket booth (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, and Discover) on the boat.
Charter Policies:
- All deposits are non-refundable but directly applicable towards cost of cruise.
- Ship has a full on-premise liquor license and state law prohibits the carry on of any alcoholic beverages.
- Rescheduling requires a 2 week minimum notice.
- Waiting for late arrivals does not add additional time for the cruise.
- The person designated in charge of the charter is responsible for the behavior for all charter passengers.
- At sole discretion of the Captain, ship will not sail in inclement weather, issues due to mechanical malfunction, or any safety related issue but remain on dock
Theme Cruise Policies:
- Theme cruises are 21+ age events only
- Boarding begins one (1) hour prior to departure. Ship leaves the dock “promptly” at designated departure time. No waiting for late arrivals, no exceptions.
- No carry on bags, coolers or backpacks are allowed on-board
- Ship has a full on-premise liquor license and state law prohibits the carry on of any alcoholic beverages.
- Absolutely no smoking on the boat or the dock per Maine state law
