General Policies (apply to all cruise events):
- Due to current insurance regulations, pets are not allowed on board.
- State law prohibits smoking aboard the boat. Vaping is allowed.
- Ship has a full on-premises liquor license and state law prohibits the carry on of any alcoholic beverages.
- Ticket reservations are not required for any public cruises as the ship is large enough to accommodate any turn out of people. Tickets can be used for any public cruise during the season.
- All ticket sales are final, therefore, no refunds. Please don't ask. We don't like saying no.
- Gift certificates are intended to be used for purchases that are equal to or greater than the item(s) being purchased. They have no cash value, nor will change be given or credit given for any unused amount.
- We accept all major credit cards at the ticket booth (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, and Discover) on the boat.
- At sole discretion of the Captain, ship will not sail in inclement weather, issues due to mechanical malfunction, or any safety related issue but remain at dock
Private Charter Policies:
- Private events require a two(2) hour minimum.
- All deposits are non-refundable but directly applicable towards cost of re-scheduled cruise.
- Rescheduling a wedding or private event requires a two(2) week minimum notice.
- Waiting for late arrivals does not add additional time for the cruise.
- The person designated in charge of the charter is responsible for the behavior for all charter passengers.
Entertainment Cruise Policies:
- All entertainment cruises are 21+ age events only. Unless specified.
- Tickets for entertainment cruises must be purchased on-line in advance, no tickets sold at the dock.
- Boarding begins one (1) hour prior to departure. Ship leaves the dock “promptly” at designated departure time. No waiting for late arrivals, no exceptions.
- No carry-on bags, coolers or backpacks are allowed on-board.
